New Potatoes with Chives
Ingredients
8 | small potatoes | 360 g | |
2 tsp | chives, fresh, chopped | 2 g | |
1 tbsp | butter, unsalted | 14 g | |
1 pinch | salt [optional] | 0.2 g | |
ground pepper to taste [optional] |
Method
- Poke each potato with a fork in a couple places to allow steam to escape. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and add the butter. Cook, covered, at maximum power stirring once at the halfway point. Please consider the suggested time as a reference only, since the precise cooking time depends on your oven's power.
- Add the chopped chives and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
